OTC Cash Application Analyst

Join us as an OTC Cash Application Analyst and become part of a team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely allocation of customer payments within the Order-to-Cash process. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and minimize unapplied cash while supporting efficient and compliant financial operations.
Your Role:
- Process and accurately allocate customer payments at invoice level.
- Investigate and resolve unapplied, partially applied, and unidentified cash.
- Collect and analyze remittance information from customers and internal sources.
- Perform customer account and clearing account reconciliations.
- Manage aged unapplied cash and identify root causes of recurring issues.
- Execute account clearing, transfers, adjustments, and approved write-offs.
- Support month-end activities, reporting, audits, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with Collection, Billing, Finance, and IT teams and contribute to process improvements and automation.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of experience in OTC, Cash Application, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.
- Experience with customer payments, remittance processing, and unapplied cash resolution.
- Good understanding of OTC and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Good knowledge of SAP or another ERP system and experience with banking platforms/customer portals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Very good English and strong communication skills.
