As a Regional Manager, you will lead the profitable and sustainable growth of sales within your assigned territory, translating the Iberia commercial strategy into clear action plans and ensuring excellent execution by your team. You will be responsible for business development, budget achievement, margin management, talent development, and strengthening strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders. As a visible field leader, you will actively contribute to the continued evolution of Medline’s commercial organization in Iberia.
How can you help us?
- Deliver and exceed sales, growth, margin, and profitability targets across the assigned territory through effective team leadership and execution.
- Define, implement, and monitor the regional commercial plan, aligned with Iberia strategic priorities and product division objectives.
- Manage forecasts, pipeline activity, and key commercial KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular business reviews by territory, customer, division, and sales representative, driving accountability and execution excellence.
- Monitor pricing strategy, and gross margin performance.
- Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic customers, and other key decision-makers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Iberian healthcare market.
- Drive the launch and adoption of new products, solutions, and service models in collaboration with local and European teams.
- Contribute to the development of the Iberia commercial strategy and present business analyses, recommendations, and results to senior leadership.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, customer focus, accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local and European teams.
- Represent Medline at internal and external meetings, events, and industry forums as required.
Are you our match
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent executive education is considered a plus.
- Proven experience of 5+ years leading commercial teams and driving sustainable sales growth in complex business environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage forecasts, pipelines, sales performance metrics, and business planning processes.
- Experience managing customer relationships at executive level.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting tools, and Microsoft 365.
- Deep customer orientation with a results-driven mindset.
- English proficiency at C1 level or equivalent (mandatory).
- Valid driving licence (Category B).
- Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
