You lead projects that vary widely in complexity and scope, including moulding capacity and technology initiatives as well as logistics projects. Examples include spearheading technology upgrades at the Hungarian manufacturing site, securing on-time and safe capacity expansions, identifying and implementing improvements in team operations, and developing communication materials for stakeholders at various levels. Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding

MD&I is a global team of project managers and technology specialists responsible for manufacturing technology and implementation across the factory. The role’s primary initial scope is moulding, covering the production process from the initial silo building to the final product being placed into a plastic box, while the broader expected scope may include logistics and other factory areas. We drive technology development aligned with LEGO®’s goals of safety, performance, and sustainability, and manage the planning and implementation of machinery and systems in our factories worldwide.

This role, based in Hungary, serves as a critical link to our largest European production site. The primary focus is on stakeholder management and communication, project planning and execution, and adapting quickly to the dynamic production environment. While moulding is the initial core area, you and your colleagues may support projects across the full factory to enable safe and effective operations.

You will lead a complex network of stakeholders across factory functions, including Production, Logistics, Procurement, EHS, Finance, global engineers, and global workplace projects, to ensure smooth implementation and clear delineation of responsibilities between global and local stakeholders.

Do You Have What It Takes?

Your academic degree should be related to engineering, project management, logistics, or another relevant technical field, with practical capability applicable to manufacturing projects.
