As a Digital Marketing Transformation Intern, you will support strategic initiatives that are transforming how marketing teams leverage digital technologies, AI, data, and automation to accelerate innovation and business growth.
You will work at the intersection of Marketing, AI, Consumer Insights, and Digital Innovation, helping drive the adoption of innovative capabilities, improve marketing effectiveness, and enhance collaboration across global teams.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI-powered marketing, digital transformation, change management, and innovation within a global leader in fragrance and sensory experiences
Where You'll Make a Difference
1. Support AI & Digital Marketing Transformation Initiatives
- Support the deployment and adoption of AI-powered marketing capabilities while identifying opportunities to streamline marketing workflows through automation and digital tools.
- Assist in coordinating key transformation initiatives, digital enablement programs, pilot testing, user feedback collection, and continuous improvement activities.
2. Drive User Adoption & Change Management
- Monitor user engagement and adoption of digital platforms and AI solutions through surveys, interviews, feedback sessions, dashboards, and key success metrics.
- Help design and execute communication plans to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
3. Create Training & Enablement Content
- Develop user guides, quick-reference materials, training presentations, and internal communication assets, simplifying complex digital and AI topics into practical, user-friendly content.
- Support the preparation and delivery of training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
4. Support Knowledge Management & Insights Accessibility
- Help curate and organize marketing, consumer, category, and innovation knowledge within digital platforms, including content quality reviews and tagging to improve searchability and user experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value knowledge assets for inclusion in AI-enabled tools.
5. Analyze Data & Generate Insights
- Analyze platform usage, engagement metrics, and feedback data to identify opportunities for improvement, lead the creation of reports and dashboards to measure business impact and adoption, and translate findings into recommendations for platform and user experience enhancements.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Academic background in Business Management, Digital Marketing, Innovation Management, Data Analytics, AI or related field (Minimum: HBO/ Bachelors)
- Strong interest in AI and Marketing technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience conducting research and synthesizing insights
- Familiarity with digital marketing technologies and processes
- Fluent in English
