The Customer Service Manager will provide best-in-class customer service to our clients and maintaining customer service procedures will be the focus. Creating, training, mentoring a team of professionals to act as extensions of our client. Provide oversight to the whole Customer Care Center team for all related needs in all client facilities. Provide appropriate oversight for staff development/performance, collaboration with all departments, and adherence to all policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
