About the role

You will be responsible for:

• Implement KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman market strategy to optimize growth opportunities, market share win and profit enhancement.
• Build strong relationship and create value for customers by locking commercial deals and build JUBP with Diageo’s distributor and top customers, driving sustainable and profitable growth across the value chain.
• Prepare for QBRs with distributor with a clear set of action plan.
• Generate ideas grounded in a deep understanding of customer requirements and manage them through to successful execution 
• Deliver brand performance targets, in terms of volume, net sales and market share, which are in line with KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman commercial strategy.  
• Lead on the forecast submission for the market.
• Implement an omnichannel strategy ensuring a cohesive consumer experience across all channels (e-com, on trade and off trade).
• Lead the relationship with key and relevant stakeholders (external and internal), especially distributors while keeping a sustainable, mutually profitable and strong partnership.
• Support on the negotiation with Diageo distributors while securing access to depletions and relevant market data to increase action plan and strategies efficiency.
• Internally propose potential regional deals for Diageo EEME while leveraging on on-trade groups operating in different EEME countries.

Experience / skills required

• 6-8 years of successful experience in commercial function in matrixed environments with FMCG blue chip multinationals
• Experience in managing direct customers and
• Essential commercial insight and experience. Preferable if gained through cross-functional working. Demonstrates numerical and financial skills. 
• Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions. 
• Strong Analytical, persuasive selling, negotiation, and decision-making skills. 
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Track record in executing effective commercial strategy in a competitive environment while ensuring strong brand presence and leadership.
