Maintenance Engineer I- Full Time - Harrah's Gulf Coast

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
- • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment such as boilers, chillers, pumps, generators, and air handling units
- • Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and facility infrastructure in good working condition
- • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls
- • Conduct regular inspections (lighting, generators, cooling systems, etc.) and resolve issues
- • Assist engineers and mechanics with complex repairs
- • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and organized work areas
- • Complete daily work logs and documentation
- • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- • Deliver excellent customer service and support guest satisfaction
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 1–3 years of general maintenance experience preferred
- • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC
- • Vocational training or apprenticeship experience is a plus

- • Use of tools, heavy equipment, and maintenance machinery
- • Exposure to chemicals, smoke, and cleaning agents
- • Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
