As an experienced Radiation Therapist, you will deliver precise, high-quality radiation treatments using advanced technology while collaborating closely with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and nursing teams.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, accurate radiation therapy treatments in accordance with established treatment plans and clinical protocols
- Perform CT simulations and daily treatment setup with a high level of independence and attention to detail
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and dosimetrists to ensure optimal treatment delivery and patient safety
- Contribute to quality assurance, safety initiatives, and continuous process improvement efforts
- Support a culture of professional development, including mentoring students or newer therapists as appropriate
