- As an RF/Radar R&D Engineer/Scientist Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects in our RF/Radar team in Advanced Tech, work on engineering design, and manage project proposal efforts. As a proactive Project Manager, you will partner closely with research engineers and stakeholders to independently manage projects from proposal through delivery. This role drives operational excellence through disciplined execution, fiscal accountability, and strategic value driven mindset that ensures our projects deliver measurable business impact.
- As a Lead Project Engineer, you will serve as primary liaison between internal customers and the engineering research team. This role independently manages projects from intake through closure, ensuring creative deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
