The Asset Infra Head - Airport Projects is the single point of accountability for turning the plan into a built asset on the ground. Everything that happens on site — cost, schedule, quality, safety, statutory compliance, labor, land and community peace — finally lands with this role. The Site Head integrates many contractors and many disciplines into one moving front, makes the real-time trade-offs no one else on site can make, and is the face of the project to the local administration and community. Where Head Office plans, the Site Head delivers — and owns the consequences when reality and the plan diverge.
