Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, translating customer requests into accurate quotes and sales orders, expediting material deliveries, and maintaining clear communication throughout the order lifecycle. This role ensures timely fulfillment, resolves order discrepancies, and upholds the high service standards expected by NOV.
Provide exceptional support by generating quotes, processing sales orders, and resolving customer issues for National Oilwell Varco, L.P. in the OPS - Customer Serv - 3525 department.
