Job Overview:
Reporting to the Project Director, the Contracts Manager will be the focal point for all contractual and commercial issues encountered during the execution phase of large-scale, complex engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) projects. The role will assist in protecting contractual entitlement and supporting profitable execution of the project.

Responsible for the delivery of the Contracts Management delivery in “how its done” at all phases of the Business Line Projects. Accountable for the process compliance of the Contracts Management function across the portfolios of the business. Responsible for ensuring that executive Management, Functional VPs and Area Management receives the right information for them to take the right decisions operationally. Applies advanced understanding of the company’s business to improve Contracts Management effectiveness and improve revenue maximization.
