Do you know how to maintain product offering competitiveness using market trend insight? Are you an innovator who loves to solve problems, with a keen interest in financial markets?• develop, manage and enhance the advisory and distribution product shelf across Brazil and Latin America, with a focus on Real Estate strategies, including FIIs, private real estate funds and other real asset solutions.
• lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea generation and due diligence to approval, onboarding, launch, monitoring and product exit.
• conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment opportunities, assessing performance potential, liquidity, valuation, risks, fees, governance and client suitability.
• oversee product maintenance, risk management, ongoing monitoring, reporting and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and local regulations.
• monitor market, industry and regulatory trends to identify emerging investment themes and propose new products or enhancements to existing solutions.
• prepare investment materials, due diligence reports, product proposals, risk assessments and recommendations for governance and approval committees.
• partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, investment managers and regional/global teams to deliver relevant solutions and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• provide specialist support to advisors and UHNW clients through product education, market updates, training sessions and communication of investment opportunities and associated risks.
