Regional Sales Manager – Sofia and West Bulgaria

Based:  Sofia, Bulgaria

Reports to: CEO and Commercial Director

Are you a strategic sales professional with an established network? Do you possess the drive to unlock new business potential and elevate existing partnerships? We are looking for an ambitious commercial leader to take accountability of our West Region, centered in Sofia, to accelerate our market presence and drive local revenue.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize market share in Sofia and the Western Bulgarian provinces.

• Proactively identify and acquire high-potential business clients while nurturing long-term, high-value relationships with existing accounts.

• Monitor market dynamics, competitor pricing, and industry trends within the region to identify emerging business opportunities.

• Oversee the complete sales pipeline locally—from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and closing—ensuring precise forecasting.

• Work closely with country leadership and cross functional teams to align regional activities with country business goals.

We are looking for someone whit:

• Strong sales leadership experience in FMCG.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and market share.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Experience building, developing, and energizing high-performing teams.
• Resilience, agility, and a growth mindset in a changing environment.
• Excellent English.
