About the role
monday.com is becoming an AI Work Platform, and our client facing teams are at the center of making that real for customers. But transformation doesn't happen by itself — it needs enablement that's embedded, expert, and built around how teams actually work.
This is a hands-on IC role with high ownership. You're not a coordinator. You're a practitioner who builds things that haven't been built before.
You'll operate as a true business partner to the customer facing teams (CS, Support, Services) — embedded in their day-to-day, not advising from the outside. You understand their workflows and business goals well enough to sit with their leadership and help shape both the team's roles and the enablement strategy behind them. You don't take content requests at face value, and you don't default to another course. You build whatever moves the business forward, in whatever format makes it stick — then deliver it yourself, end to end. This is a strategic, business-first role for someone who reads the field fluently and turns that into clear, measurable value.
What you'll do
Be a genuine partner to field leadership first and foremost work daily with client-facing teams, understand how they actually work, sit in on customer calls, join leadership meetings to spot the real gaps, and build your enablement strategy from what you see and hear, not from a brief
Bring real business understanding and benchmark against what’s working elsewhere, so the strategy and programs you build stay current and actually land with teams
Measure whether the programs you build deliver real value work with analysts, define success metrics and milestones, and change course based on what the data tells you
Build enablement solutions that actually change how teams behave nothing less. Whether it’s training or a smart agent, build what moves the needle and fits how people learn today not generic, one-off fixes, but solutions that scale
Be a real partner to leadership: communicate with them and their teams, and position yourself as an important, visible player at the table where decisions get made. This is a strong role, and how strong it actually is depends on the person in it
What we're looking for
5+ years in Enablement, Customer Success, or a related client-facing GTM role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Strategic Partnership: Proven track record of advising senior leadership on enablement strategy and priorities
Builder & Advisor: Hands-on experience designing and shipping enablement programs yourself, end to end, while also shaping direction alongside leadership.
Outcome-Based Measurement: Experience owning a measurement framework that connects program activity to behavior change and business outcomes
Independent Gap Analysis: Experience identifying gaps and risks across a client-facing org on your own initiative, and driving recommendations to a decision.
Segmented Program Design: Experience building onboarding, coaching, and enablement tracks that flex by team or role — not a single one-size-fits-all program.
AI & Automation Mindset: Active user of modern AI tools, with hands-on experience building AI-based enablement solutions
Communication & Facilitation: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills — able to hold a room and hold your own with senior leaders.
Knowledge Platforms: Hands-on experience building and managing internal knowledge platforms
Content Translation: Exceptional ability to translate complex tech and product features into clear, structured, and engaging commercial content.
Nice to have: instructional design background; experience with interactive learning tools or simulations; monday.com familiarity
