We are looking for a Team Leader to join us to support our kaimahi and function to succeed.
Integrated Recovery teams support clients who have been away from gainful occupation for more than 12 months, helping them achieve better outcomes.

As a Team Leader, you will excel in a fast‑paced environment, coaching and mentoring your team to succeed. You will enjoy working collaboratively and taking a hands‑on approach to developing others.

The appointing salary for this role is $101,287 to $119,161, based on experience.

- Leadership experience in a customer focused or service delivery environment.

- The ability to create a high performing and highly engaged team.
