Reporting to the Store Manager and as an ambassador of Diptyque, you will be responsible for welcoming, advising, and building customer loyalty. 

Job description: 

Customer experience 

• Act as a role model in terms of customer service, client experience, and customer loyalty 

• Present our brand universe and products through a unique sales ceremony and Diptyque storytelling 

• Develop and share product knowledge (design, materials, care) to offer relevant recommendations to each client 

Driving commercial performance 

• Contribute to the boutique’s performance by developing sales and achieving targets through various business levers 

• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting 

• Ensure the client database is properly maintained and propose loyalty initiatives using our CRM tool 

• Act as a relay of information to the retail management and head office teams 

In-store activities and brand image 

• Ensure the brand image is upheld by contributing to the proper upkeep of the boutique 

• Act as a role model in terms of visual merchandising 

• Take part in all tasks essential to the smooth running of the boutique (stock management, replenishment, stockroom organization, delivery handling, etc.) 

• Ensure proper stock management in line with procedures and prepare inventory processes 

Candidate Profile:  

Experience 

• First confirmed experience as a Sales Advisor in the Perfume & Cosmetics/Beauty/Luxury sector 

Skills 

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills 

• Curious and sensitive to art, able to communicate about brand collaborations 

• Strong organizational and adaptability skills, enabling you to thrive in a constantly evolving environment 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook for clienteling actions, Excel for reporting) and comfortable using digital tools in-store 

Interpersonal skills 

• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, the team, and headquarters 

• Strong empathy and active listening skills, ensuring outstanding customer service 

• Excellent presentation 

Permanent full-time position, starting from January 2027
