The Compliance representative promotes a compliance environment for GM Financial by partnering with all areas to mitigate compliance risks. The position is responsible of ensuring that the day-to-day operations are conducted in a timely, compliant and in accordance with regulation and legal manner, as well as complying with GM Financial’ s policies and procedures.
