Regional Sales Manager

We are continuing to grow with the support of Culligan, and we need great people to continue to fuel our momentum.
We have a well-established and committed team of self-employed sales reps working out in the field responding to enquiries from customers for in home demonstrations of our product.
The Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in sustaining this momentum by leading, coaching and performance-managing a field-based team of self-employed sales representatives, ensuring consistently high standards of customer experience, sales effectiveness and compliance.
This role requires a commercially focused sales leader who can use data, coaching insight and field observation to improve conversion, strengthen capability and drive performance across the sales model.
You will be predominantly field based, with regular attendance at the Old Woking Head Office as required to support business priorities, leadership meetings and wider team alignment.
- Coaching, developing, mentoring reps
- Territory management to ensure Lead time is within KPI (75% under 8days)
- Develop process for effective communication with your team
- Sitting sales appointments to keep current with the sales model
- Developing and improving pitches and techniques
- Running sales meetings
- Dealing with complex sales issues or complaints
Requirements
- Experience of in-home selling
- Experience managing and developing field-based sales reps
- You need to be engaging, a great influencer and totally driven
- Performance delivery at all levels
- You need great communications skills
- Proven track record of being customer centric
- Experience of managing and adhering to self-employed model including compliance relating to IR35 (Desirable but not essential)
- Experience of working with and adhering to FCA regulations (Desirable but not essential)
