The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional, deeply experienced Marketing Brand Designer to join our Creative & Brand team and help build Healthee’s marketing brand from the ground up. Reporting to the Creative & Brand Team Manager, you’ll partner closely on where the brand goes — and take real ownership of bringing it to life.
You’ll be a driving creative force behind our brand expression — raising the bar for quality and creativity everywhere Healthee meets the world: social media, video, events and conferences, swag, sales enablement, campaigns, and the creative ideas nobody has thought of yet.
What You’ll Do
- Build and evolve Healthee’s marketing brand — contributing to the visual identity, design language, and brand system as we create it from scratch and scale it across every channel.
- Raise the quality and creativity of the external touchpoints you work on: if a prospect, customer, or candidate sees it, you help make sure it’s beautiful, on-brand, and unmistakably Healthee.
- Design social media creative that stops the scroll — concepts, templates, and campaigns that give Healthee a distinctive, recognizable voice in the feed.
- Lead video and motion work — from social-first video and motion graphics to sales enablement videos, product stories, event openers, and beyond. Concept, storyboard, and produce (hands-on or with partners).
- Create swag people actually want to keep, and design conference and event experiences — booths, signage, environments, giveaways — that make Healthee the brand everyone remembers.
- Elevate digital and print sales enablement materials — pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, leave-behinds — that make our sales team proud to hit send.
- Bring creative initiatives to the table — spot opportunities, pitch bold ideas, and execute them end to end without waiting to be asked. You run your own projects from concept through delivery.
- Help build reusable systems and toolkits so the brand scales: guidelines, template libraries, and frameworks that empower the whole company to create on-brand work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, people, and product teams — balancing stakeholder requests with what’s right for the brand.
- Keep us current — stay ahead of design, social, motion, and AI-creative trends, and bring the best of them into our work.
Requirements
- 6+ years of brand, visual, or marketing design experience — ideally in-house at a fast-growing B2B / SaaS company or at a top-tier agency — with an outstanding portfolio that shows range: identity, social, video/motion, events, and print.
- Demonstrated experience helping build brands and brand systems from early stages — you contribute ideas and craft, not just execution of existing guidelines.
- Exceptional craft: you obsess over typography, color, composition, and detail, and it shows in everything you touch.
- A self-starter’s engine: you’re energized by ambiguity, generate your own ideas, and drive them from concept to delivery independently.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; strong motion/video skills (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent) and comfort producing video end to end.
- Production fluency for both digital and physical — you know how to prepare files for print, production, and vendors, and how to make a booth or a hoodie look as sharp as a landing page.
- Strategic communication: you can articulate how visual decisions support business goals, present concepts with confidence, and iterate gracefully on feedback.
- Strong project management, juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without letting quality slip.
- Fluency with modern AI creative tools, applied pragmatically to move faster without compromising craft.
Bonus Points
- Experience in healthtech, health insurance, or benefits — or a knack for making complex topics feel simple and human.
- Illustration, 3D, or animation chops.
- Experience briefing and managing freelancers, agencies, and production vendors.
- Photography or art direction experience for brand shoots.
