About the role

We are looking for Customer Service Specialist with English to join team of our Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us establish best in class service.

Your main tasks:

• Supporting daily customer service operations within the SSC
• Handling customer support tickets and escalating cases when needed.
• Checking and validating order data in internal systems.
• Providing customers with accurate information regarding orders and deliveries.
• Managing customer returns and refund requests in line with company policies and procedures.
• Assisting with basic accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Preparing standard reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and established procedure

Candidate Profile / Expectations:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role would be an advantage.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Strong motivation to learn and develop in an international environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Knowledge of SAP, CRM/ERP systems, ticketing tools or e-commerce processes would be an advantage.
