"Primary Job Role :
- Manage financial closing and multi-entity consolidation under Ind AS.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate statutory audits and resolve audit queries.
- Handle reconciliations, currency translation, and technical accounting.
- Prepare MIS reports and variance analysis.
- Support Oracle Fusion ERP and financial reporting.

Qualifications: CA (ICAI) with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience. Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act 2013, and SEBI LODR. Experience in consolidation, statutory audits, and Oracle Fusion/EBS or SAP. US GAAP, M&A, and deferred tax exposure preferred.
