Consultants form the backbone of the Ipsos Strategy3 (S3) project teams. As Consultants, they are integral for designing and guiding project execution and fieldwork. S3 Consultants manage and lead projects independently. They are the critical touchpoints for clients and trusted guides for junior staff.

As a Consultant at Ipsos Strategy3 (S3), you will independently manage consulting projects, deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations, and build strong client relationships. You will collaborate with senior team members, guide junior staff, and ensure high-quality project delivery on time and within budget.
Requirements: 2–3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred), strong analytical and project management skills, and fluency in English.
