As Sr Account Manager B2G, you will drive business growth by managing assigned Government accounts and developing opportunities that address public-sector priorities. You’ll build strong customer relationships, identify new revenue streams and bring together JazzWorld’s connectivity and digital capabilities to deliver solutions aligned with Government digitalization needs.

We’re looking for a commercially driven account manager who understands the Government business landscape, builds trusted stakeholder relationships and translates customer needs into sustainable business growth.

What you’ll own

• Own assigned Government accounts end to end, driving account strategy, customer engagement, opportunity development and business outcomes.
• Develop account plans that map key stakeholders, customer priorities, ICT spend potential, growth opportunities, competition and risks.
• Drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and executing account plans against assigned targets.
• Develop go-to-market plans for assigned Government accounts and verticals, aligned with JazzWorld’s digitalization roadmap and customer priorities.
• Build a strong understanding of the market, customer environment, technology landscape and Government procurement processes.
• Work closely with Product, Pre-Sales and Technology teams to develop standard and customized solutions that address customer requirements.
• Identify and develop new revenue streams across connectivity, ICT, cybersecurity, M2M/IoT, data analytics and digital platforms, leveraging JazzWorld and partner capabilities.
• Lead customer discussions and governance meetings, coordinating proposals, tenders, approvals, negotiations and handover to ensure effective implementation, billing readiness and issue resolution.

What success looks like

• Consistent revenue growth across assigned Government accounts through new business opportunities and stronger customer relationships.
• A healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, supported by actionable account plans and progress against assigned targets.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and a clear understanding of Government priorities, translating into relevant business opportunities.
• Successful development of commercially viable proposals and solutions aligned with customer needs and JazzWorld’s capabilities.
• Effective coordination across internal teams and external partners to support timely implementation and delivery against customer commitments.
• Accurate pipeline reporting, clear visibility of opportunity progress and proactive management of account risks.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Telecommunications, ICT, Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Bring 08-12+ years of relevant techno-commercial, enterprise sales, consulting or account-management experience in a reputable organization, with a track record of driving business growth.
• Have in-depth knowledge of ICT solutions, fixed and mobile connectivity, cybersecurity, IoT/M2M and relevant industry verticals.
• Understand Government laws, regulations, public procurement, compliance requirements and the decision-making structures within public-sector organizations.
• Bring strong market knowledge of Government accounts, technology partners, system integrators and the broader public-sector ecosystem.
• Understand the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and tendering to commercial negotiations, legal and compliance approvals, implementation, billing and collections.
• Combine strong decision-making, planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills with executive communication, cross-functional collaboration and a customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial mindset grounded in ownership, accountability and integrity.
