As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Telesales Specialist to join us and help more customers turn their financing interest into a completed purchase.
This is an active, customer-facing and results-driven role that combines sales, customer advisory and partner support. A key part of your day will be speaking directly with customers, removing obstacles and helping them confidently take the next step.
Your main goal will be to guide customers through the final stages of their financing journey — from an initial application or financing offer to a signed contract. You’ll proactively reach out to customers who are already interested in financing, understand what may be holding them back, answer their questions and help find the right way forward. You’ll also work closely with our partners, supporting them with financing-related questions and helping ensure customer applications move forward smoothly from interest to contract.
What you will be doing
- Proactively reach out to customers and help them move from application or offer to a signed contract.
- Understand each customer’s needs, answer their questions and guide them through financing options, terms, documentation and next steps.
- Identify what may be holding customers back and take ownership of finding the right solution to help them move forward.
- Actively contribute to individual and team conversion targets.
- Guide partners through financing processes, documentation and practical questions via phone and other communication channels.
- Take ownership of customer and partner cases from the initial conversation through to a successful outcome.
- Work closely with Sales, Credit and other Inbank teams to solve cases that require additional input or support.
- Spot recurring challenges and opportunities in the customer journey and share insights that help us improve our processes, customer experience and conversion.
What we’re looking for
- You have 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, customer-facing sales or a similar results-driven role.
- You enjoy working with people and feel confident proactively reaching out to customers by phone.
- You have a solution-oriented mindset — you look beyond the immediate question to understand the situation and find the best way forward.
- You are results-driven and persistent and enjoy seeing things through from start to finish.
- You are well organised and comfortable managing multiple customer and partner cases while keeping track of priorities.
- You have good communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, verbally and in writing.
- Experience in automotive retail or financial services would be a strong advantage.
No finance experience? That's okay.
