Job Description
Nasoft is hiring an experience Chocolate & Filling Chef for our client in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in chocolate preparation, fillings, and confectionery production, with a good understanding of recipes, consistency, quality, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce different types of chocolate products and fillings according to recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare a variety of fillings such as creams, ganache, caramel, praline, nut-based fillings, and other confectionery fillings.
- Handle chocolate tempering, melting, molding, coating, and decoration.
- Ensure the consistency, taste, texture, and appearance of all chocolate and filling products.
- Follow recipes and production specifications accurately.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to required formulations.
- Maintain proper temperature control during chocolate production and storage.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production process.
- Properly store ingredients and finished products according to food safety requirements.
- Minimize product waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Assist in developing and improving chocolate recipes and fillings when required.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of daily production targets.
- Follow all company food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chocolate Chef, Chocolatier, Chocolate & Filling Chef, or similar role.
- Strong practical experience in chocolate making and filling preparation.
- Good knowledge of chocolate tempering and handling techniques.
- Experience with different types of chocolate and confectionery fillings.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Nationality: Indian, Bangladeshi, or Filipino.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
- Relevant culinary or confectionery certification is an advantage.
Preferred Experience: Experience in chocolate factories, bakeries, pastry shops, confectionery companies, or food production facilities is highly preferred.
