AML Analyst II - Compliance - Full Time

In addition to completing the daily AML audit process, the AML Analyst II performs advanced analytics and serves as the primary source of identifying potentially suspicious activity for investigation. The AML Analyst II also collaborates closely with the Executive Director AML Compliance to ensure day to day compliance with the AML program among the casino’s operating departments.
Position Responsibilities
- Review all daily audits for any suspicious activity.
- Ensure all CTRs are accurate and complete prior to filing.
- Filing CTRs to FinCEN
- Review Daily security logs for any suspicious activity reported on logs.
- Obtain daily surveillance logs, review for any suspicious activity, and check the cash transactions are accurately reflected in the cash tracking system.
- Assist in SAR investigations and prepare results for the Executive Director of BSA Compliance
- Assist in KYC investigations and prepare results for the Executive Director of BSA Compliance
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of BSA Compliance
Essential Functions
- Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and hectic environments.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Assists in the creation and revisions of Compliance policies.
Requirements
- Minimum (5) years’ experience in the casino industry (AML related role).
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Must have working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets (i.e Microsoft products).
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.

Pay Rate range is between $22.36 and $29.09 per hour.
