Job Description
The Sales Admin Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Department to ensure efficient sales activities and smooth daily operations. The position supports the preparation of sales documents, maintenance of client databases, coordination of sales appointments, preparation of reports, and follow-up of business opportunities. The role also ensures accurate documentation, effective communication, and timely administrative support to help the Sales team achieve its revenue targets and business objectives.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, office administration, or a similar role; hotel experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with hotel sales systems, CRM platforms, or property management systems is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work under pressure.
Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
