The Role
Addepar is hiring an Account Executive to lead our growth in Brazil, one of our priority expansion markets in LATAM. You’ll own new-business ARR across Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), single and multi-family offices, and private banks, selling a platform that gives wealth and investment firms a unified view of complex portfolios.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute a territory plan covering your named accounts in Brazil, and selectively in neighboring LATAM markets
- Run full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close
- Qualify and convert opportunities with large financial institutions, partnering with Solutions Engineering and Marketing
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers at target firms, including CIOs, COOs, and founders
- Represent Addepar at client meetings and industry events in the region, with some travel
Who You Are
- 7+ years of B2B software sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience selling SaaS into wealth management, asset management, banking, or the broader financial industry
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
- Deep familiarity with Brazilian business culture and the local financial services landscape
- Experience opening or expanding new markets or territories
- Comfortable leading product demos and guiding buyers through complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations
- Proficient in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
- Strong presentation and communication skills
