Join the Cleveland Clinic team where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare. Here, you will receive endless support and appreciation while building a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.

The Manager of Sales, Product and Service Line will focus on product development, marketing strategy, and go-to-market initiatives rather than direct sales. This role will partner closely with sales, marketing, and other key teams to develop and launch new products and service offerings, support existing laboratory services, and track performance to measure success. Responsibilities include developing marketing materials, sales support tools, and product kits that increase engagement and support new business launches, physician outreach, CRO partnerships, and extended care services. The manager will also help establish business metrics, interpret analytics, and use performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement while supporting strategic initiatives and collaborating with leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring commercial laboratory experience, preferably with an organization such as Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp, and a strong understanding of laboratory operations, product testing and development, and the needs of patients, clients, and sales teams. Experience bringing products from development through launch, marketing existing and upcoming laboratory tests, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing materials and outreach initiatives is essential. This individual should be comfortable developing and interpreting business metrics, translating data into actionable insights, and proactively engaging the appropriate teams to move initiatives forward.
