Brand Activation Manager Fem Care BNL (PG25)

This position reports into the Head of Brand Activation Mass BNL and is based in Antwerp or Utrecht.

What will you do

The Brand Activation Manager Fem Care is responsible for the Fem Care brands (o.b.®, Carefree®, Vania®)
and to realize the ambitious growth ambitions for the upcoming years across Benelux and in the different channels (Mass Retail – Drugstores – Ecomm).

The role will also involve frequent interactions with the Central Europe cluster to provide input and make sure we both feed into the global strategy and assure locally we get the required tools/support to grow our Fem Care business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Business Planning process for Fem Care:
  • Set the strategy for your brands on mid-and long term.
  • Own & Track business performance and LEAD mitigation plans when needed.
  • Manage Marketing budget and full P&L responsibility.

  • Portfolio management and manage the day-to-day business:
    • Kenvue is present in different Fem Care segments (tampons, liners, menstrual pads), with different sub brands. You will be responsible for the full portfolio management.
    • Local coordination of new product launches, relaunches and AW changes.

    • Lead & execute strong brand & consumer communication:
      • Set-up annual media plan together with Media Marketing manager (social media / OLV campaigns, influencer marketing).
      • Creation & distribution of digital assets fit to communication objective.
      • Collaborate with Media team to track results and get learnings to improve.

      • Lead & execute the activation plan for O/O with excellence:
        • Grow the brand via category optimizations and shopper activations with retailers.
        • Customer & Category Trade story development in conjunction with regional and global support.
        • Excellence in execution: creation of picture of success and tracking of PS levers.
        • Collaborate closely with lead stakeholders across the cluster to access best in-class best practices.
