3verest is a sovereign healthcare cloud company. It hosts the systems hospitals and radiology groups run on, and keeps their data inside the country it belongs to.
Most of the world’s cloud runs on three US platforms, and all three are subject to US law wherever the server sits. German hospitals now ask who can reach their patient data and under which law. 3verest gives them a clear answer. It also lets them run AI on their own data, inside their own borders.

The role
3verest is opening the German market. The Sales Executive will be one of the first people on the ground in Munich.
He/she finds and wins new hospital and radiology customers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. About 80% of the time goes to new business. The other 20% goes to looking after a small group of existing customers, which teaches the product through real accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Open new accounts in radiology, pathology, oncology and hospitals
- Turn conversations at conferences into signed contracts, including DMEA, ECR in Vienna, RSNA in Chicago and HIMSS
- Follow up on every lead, from conferences and from the partner network
- Work with OEM partners to bring in deals
- Keep every deal and follow-up logged in the CRM
- Renew and grow existing accounts
- Work directly with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Revenue Officer, and help shape the go-to-market in DACH
The first year
- Days 1 to 90: learns sovereignty, medical imaging, how hospitals buy and what each product does
- Months 4 to 6: works the first conferences with senior colleagues and builds the pipeline
- Months 7 to 12: runs deals end to end and signs the first logos
Requirements
The profile
- Drive that can be pointed to: a target beaten, a business started, a sport competed in
- Fluent German and good English
- Curiosity, with real interest in learning healthcare and cloud at the same time
- Presence: starts a real conversation with a stranger at a stand in under a minute, and is as comfortable with a head of radiology as with an IT manager
- Discipline: pipeline is a habit
- Short, sharp, correct writing
- Willingness to travel, in DACH and abroad
Useful, but not required: experience in any industry, exposure to healthcare or technology.
3verest can teach healthcare and cloud.
