Purpose
Own the technical implementation and support of CRM integrations between the Sales Portal and partners' existing systems. Ensure standard connectors are successfully deployed, support complex integration requirements, and act as the technical expert for partner-facing integration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and deploy standard CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics, including authentication, field mapping, sync rules, and go-live validation.
- Lead integration discovery and scoping workshops with partner CRM administrators for custom or complex integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and synchronization issues, identifying configuration problems and escalating product-related defects where needed.
- Maintain integration playbooks, configuration templates, troubleshooting guides, and Knowledge Center content.
- Deliver regional integration webinars and support the Partner Enablement team through technical training and guidance.
- Act as the subject matter expert for integration-related pre-sales discussions, advising on supported capabilities, limitations, and roadmap items.
- Partner closely with Product Management and the API Product Owner to prioritize connector enhancements, product requests, and defect resolution.
- Contribute technical feedback, integration trends, and customer requirements to monthly product reviews.

- Up-to-date integration documentation and knowledge resources.
- Effective contribution to connector improvements and product enhancements.
Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Integration Support, Solution Consulting, CRM Administration, Technical Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and CRM integration technologies, including APIs, REST services, OAuth authentication, webhooks, and field mapping.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and iPaaS platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Workato is an advantage.
- Ability to read API documentation, analyze logs, troubleshoot data flows, and develop simple scripts in Python or JavaScript.
- Strong documentation, testing, and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to support and escalation management.
- Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot, or related certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
