As a Security Guard Full Time Reception Credentialing in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a commercial real estate location, you will help create a welcoming, professional environment by managing access control, greeting visitors, issuing badges, and supporting security-related communications. Use computer or tablet systems to maintain accurate records and assist occupants and guests. What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor access to the building, verify visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests according to site-specific policies.
- Answer phones, receive deliveries, manage incoming inquiries, and provide clear directions and building information.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
