Position Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to join Autodesk's Emerging Business Operations team, reporting directly to the Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Operations. This role is integral to our mission of helping newly acquired or incubated businesses transition into high-functioning, scalable operations. The Program Manager will own and drive cross-functional programs that support early-stage Go-To-Market integration and operational readiness for emerging businesses.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who excels at building programs from the ground up, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and influencing without direct authority. The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, GTM operations knowledge, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with structured thinking.
