Position Summary The Quality Integration Sr. Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the effectiveness, maturity, and alignment of the ACO OR Quality Management System (QMS). Serving as a technical expert within the Quality Integration organization, this role drives cross-functional integration, conducts assessments, analyzes systemic risks, and supports enterprise improvement initiatives that enhance process consistency, regulatory compliance, and overall QMS performance. The Sr. Specialist applies deep knowledge of quality systems, auditing, process governance, and problem-solving methodologies to enable informed, risk-based decision making across operational, engineering, and mission organizations. Through collaboration, gap identification, and support of corrective actions, this role helps implement improvements that are compliant, sustainable, and aligned with mission needs.
