Chubb is looking for an Underwriter Operations Technician – Offline to support the end-to-end processing of offline business within the UWR Centre. This role helps ensure efficient operations, accurate data handling, and strong service delivery across underwriting support activities. This is a temporary contract of 12 months duration. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Support offline underwriting operations and language-dependent branch activities.
• Enter data into underwriting and other business systems accurately and within SLA.
• Prepare policy documentation and underwriting files to meet quality and audit standards.
• Manage broker and internal queries, including credit control support and issue resolution.
• Support QA, reporting, and operational process improvements.
• Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, and new business tools.
• Work closely with local teams, brokers, and the wider operations team to deliver excellent service.
