Role Overview
As the Principal, Creator & Affiliate Partnerships, you will own the strategic development and business growth of Coupang Taiwan's Creator & Affiliate ecosystem. You will define long-term ecosystem strategy, drive partner monetization, influence product roadmap, and lead cross-functional initiatives that accelerate creator acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
As the market leader for creator and affiliate partnerships, you will serve as the primary business owner for ecosystem expansion in Taiwan and influence executive-level decisions across product, marketing, operations, and business teams.
What You Will Do
Creator Acquisition & Partner Management
- Own creator acquisition and ecosystem growth strategies across key social and content platforms.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with creators, MCNs, agencies, and affiliate partners.
- Drive creator engagement, retention, and monetization through scalable partnership programs and growth initiatives.
- Expand creator participation and strengthen Coupang’s position within Taiwan’s creator economy.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that accelerate ecosystem growth and business impact.
Affiliate Ecosystem & Monetization Strategy
- Own the strategy and growth of Coupang Taiwan's affiliate ecosystem, including partner acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Define affiliate business models, commission structures, incentive programs, and partner segmentation frameworks.
- Drive ecosystem growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, scalable monetization initiatives, and performance optimization.
- Leverage data, market insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and shape business strategy.
- Influence cross-functional teams to enhance platform capabilities and unlock new monetization opportunities.
Campaign & Platform Operations
- Lead creator and affiliate programs to drive engagement, monetization, and ecosystem growth.
- Build scalable campaign frameworks and operational best practices across creator and affiliate initiatives.
- Monitor program performance and drive cross-functional improvements to enhance partner experience and business outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with creators, agencies, and key ecosystem partners.
Contracting, Commission & Payment Operations
- Establish scalable contracting, commission, and payment processes for creators and affiliate partners.
- Oversee commission structures, revenue-sharing programs, and partner incentive mechanisms.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Continuously improve partner onboarding, settlement, and payment experiences.
Process Improvement & Data Analytics
- Define and optimize creator lifecycle and affiliate program operating frameworks.
- Establish key metrics and performance reporting to track ecosystem growth and health.
- Leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities and drive business improvements.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and scalable best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Creator Economy, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Partnerships, Business Development, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience building and scaling creator, affiliate, or partnership ecosystems, with demonstrated impact on business growth and partner engagement.
- Strong understanding of creator monetization models, affiliate marketing, social commerce, and performance marketing.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships with creators, agencies, MCNs, affiliate networks, or ecosystem partners.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive business outcomes across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics and insights to inform growth strategies and business decisions.
- Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creator commerce, affiliate platforms, affiliate networks, or social commerce ecosystems.
- Experience designing commission structures, revenue-sharing programs, or creator incentive models.
- Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, creator economy, and ecosystem growth strategies.
- Experience driving partner acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization initiatives.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business development skills.

創作者招募與夥伴關係管理（Creator Acquisition & Partner Management）
- 負責主要社群與內容平台上的創作者招募與生態系成長策略制定及推動。
- 建立並管理與創作者、MCN、多頻道聯播網、經紀公司及 Affiliate 合作夥伴的策略合作關係。
- 透過可規模化的合作計畫與成長方案，提升創作者參與度、留存率及變現能力。
- 擴大創作者參與規模，強化 Coupang 在台灣創作者經濟生態系中的市場影響力。
- 發掘並拓展新的合作機會，加速生態系成長並創造商業價值。
Affiliate 生態系與變現策略（Affiliate Ecosystem & Monetization Strategy）
- 負責 Coupang 台灣 Affiliate 生態系的策略規劃與成長，包括合作夥伴招募、活躍、留存及變現。
- 制定 Affiliate 商業模式、分潤機制、獎勵方案及合作夥伴分級管理架構。
- 透過策略合作、變現機制優化及績效管理推動生態系及營收成長。
- 運用數據分析、市場洞察及競品研究發掘成長機會，制定業務發展策略。
- 結合產品、營運及相關團隊資源，推動平台能力升級並開拓新的變現機會。
專案與平台營運（Campaign & Platform Operations）
- 主導創作者及 Affiliate 計畫，提升合作夥伴參與度、變現成果及生態系成長。
- 建立可規模化的專案執行架構及最佳營運流程。
- 追蹤計畫績效，推動跨部門協作與持續優化，提升合作夥伴體驗與商業成果。
- 與創作者、經紀公司及重要生態系夥伴建立穩固且長期的合作關係。
合約、分潤與付款管理（Contracting, Commission & Payment Operations）
- 建立可規模化的合約管理、分潤結算及付款作業機制。
- 管理 Affiliate 分潤制度、收益共享機制及合作夥伴獎勵方案。
- 與財務、法務及營運團隊合作，確保流程合規且具備高營運效率。
- 持續優化合作夥伴的加入、結算及付款體驗。
流程優化與數據分析（Process Improvement & Data Analytics）
- 建立並優化 Creator Lifecycle 及 Affiliate Program 營運架構。

基本資格（Basic Qualifications）
- 8 年以上 Creator Economy（創作者經濟）、Affiliate Marketing（聯盟行銷）、Influencer Partnerships（網紅合作）、Business Development（商務開發）、電子商務、數位行銷或相關領域工作經驗。
- 具備建立及擴展創作者、Affiliate 或合作夥伴生態系的成功經驗，並能展現對業務成長及夥伴參與度的實際影響。
- 熟悉創作者變現模式、聯盟行銷、社群電商及績效行銷運作機制。
- 具備管理創作者、經紀公司、MCN、Affiliate Network 或其他生態系合作夥伴的經驗。
- 具備優秀的利害關係人管理、商務談判及跨部門領導能力。
- 能在沒有直接管理權限的情況下影響決策並推動業務成果達成。
- 具備數據導向思維，能運用績效指標及市場洞察制定成長策略與商業決策。
