As part of the Philippines–FSM business management unit, the role will also provide program quality and management support to CRS programming in Micronesia, as needed.
Job Summary
You will contribute to business development and program quality management of the Philippines and Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) Business Management Unit (BMU) through supporting and complementing the Head of Programming (HOP) efforts in ensuring the establishment and successful implementation of high-quality programs serving the poor and vulnerable. Your program management skills will ensure that the CP delivers high-quality programming and continuously work towards improving the impact of its programs. The DHoP will also serve as the GESI focal for the BMU
