Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a talented Compliance Specialist to join our team specializing in Law for our Cummins Inc. facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Responsibilities include ensuring that all customer interactions, transactions, and data collection practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, by monitoring customer vendor forms and vendor portal activity, conducting customer compliance reviews, and educating both external customers and internal stakeholders on necessary procedures.
Efficient Coordination: By managing project schedules, resources, equipment, and information, you will ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives will help meet their needs and ensure project success.
Training and Development: Developing and updating training materials, process manuals, and job aids will enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
