If you are an undergraduate IT student looking to jump start your career, we are offering a 13-month full time internship based at our Scoresby office. This is a unique opportunity to gain skills and knowledge while working full time commencing 27th January 2027. The primary objective of this role is to assist in the delivery of application support and IT services across the Asia Pacific region. This will be achieved by working with IT teams responsible for business applications and service delivery, supporting users, monitoring and resolving incidents and service requests, assisting with application maintenance and testing, and collaborating with business and IT partners from various business units.
In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:
Assist in the delivery, maintenance, and support of business applications and IT services.
Support the logging, categorisation, prioritisation, tracking, and resolution of incidents and service requests in accordance with agreed service levels.
Act as a contact for users with application and service-related inquiries, providing clear updates and building collaborative relationships with customers, support teams, and suppliers.
Assist with application monitoring, routine maintenance, access requests, testing, documentation, and knowledge-base updates.
Work with users, technical teams, and management to investigate recurring issues, support problem resolution, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of applications and IT services.
