Serves as the primary designer on Datavail's design services and Design Sprint engagements. Plans and runs user research, maps current and future state journeys, designs and prototypes the solution, and tests it with users. Facilitates discovery workshops and Design Sprints using Datavail's DRIVE workshop framework, and helps train others to run it. Works with delivery teams on the backlog and validates usability and business outcomes in production. Maintains the practice's design methods and templates. Individual contributor, 100% billable. Requires 7-10 years in experience design.
7-10 years in experience design. A consulting or agency background is preferred.
End-to-end UX and UI design for web and mobile.
User research and moderated usability testing.
Journey maps, service blueprints and personas.
Design Sprint and workshop facilitation.
Prototyping in Figma and in code, and working within design systems.
Usability measurement (SUS, UMUX-Lite). Comfortable presenting to client executives.
