You will lead client relationships, manage a dedicated team of execution specialists, and turn raw digital data into high-impact commercial insights.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Funnel Strategy & Media Activation
- Integrated Activation: Design and execute holistic, full-funnel digital media strategies that bridge upper-funnel brand awareness (launches, equity) with lower-funnel performance metrics (conversions, web traffic, pre-orders).
- Multi-Platform Orchestration: Oversee and optimize complex, highly visible campaigns across Google (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Programmatic environments (DV360/native display).
- Audience Architecture: Build a sophisticated first, second, and third-party data strategy to ensure precision targeting across the entire consumer consideration cycle.
2. Account Management & Client Leadership
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the strategic digital advisor to the Samsung Turkey brand and media teams, leading weekly & monthly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Expectation Management: Confidently navigate fast-paced, high-stakes client requests, translating complex digital technicalities into clear business outcomes for senior stakeholders.
- Financial Accountability: Manage large-scale client budgets, ensuring highly accurate pacing, financial forecasting, and optimal cross-channel budget allocation based on live performance data.
3. Reporting, Analytics & Insights Delivery
- Data Storytelling: Look beyond standard vanity metrics to deliver deeply analytical, actionable insights that uncover the why behind performance data.
- Measurement Frameworks: Partner with data and analytics specialists to implement advanced tracking infrastructure, attribution modelling, and cross-device measurement parameters.
- Dashboard Ownership: Supervise the accuracy and continuous improvement of automated client reporting dashboards.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Talent Development: Directly manage, mentor, and upskill a team of junior performance executives and specialists, promoting functional excellence and a culture of continuous learning.
- Regional Collaboration: Work closely with dentsu’s regional team to ensure best practices are consistently applied, while managing all routine and ad hoc RHQ requests.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with the integrated client/planning team, and external creative partners to ensure media placements match the creative asset intent at every layer of the funnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on digital media experience within a fast-paced media agency environment. Prior experience managing high-visibility consumer electronics, tech, or major retail accounts is highly preferred.
- Platform Mastery: Certified expert with deep operational knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (including SA360/DV360), TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ad Manager, and leading DSPs.
- Funnel Fluency: Demonstrable track record of successfully running full-funnel branding-to-performance activations, with clear experience handling complex product launches and pre-order windows.
- Analytics Capability: Strong analytical mind with advanced skills in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Languages: Turkish / Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory to effectively communicate with local and regional teams.
