Oracle Fusion HCM Application Consultant - Integration

The focus for this role will be to manage, support and enhance the DNV HR applications and participate in GSS IT projects related to HR processes ensuring alignment and co-operation with the HR community and the DNV overall system landscape.
DNV is utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud platform including different PaaS services and Seertech’s iLearning Plus as a global HR system. There are large opportunities and possibilities to participate both in the operation and initiatives implementing further modules. Main tasks include:

Ensure stable and well performing HR applications & services.
Responsible for executing functional and technical 2nd level application support for the DNV HR application environment which includes:
-Application analysis and configuration
-Alignment with vendor
-Communication with users
Ensure alignment of deliveries and services within the GSS IT Global Application Services environment.
Contribute to HCM release management by regression testing and monitoring the relevant documentations and community platforms.
Provide consulting services to the HR Business in terms of enhancements / future developments of process- and IT-solutions.
Execute and manage configuration enhancements and technical changes based on new requirements.
Participate in projects related to our HR applications and IT systems.
