Your Tasks
- Define and manage the product roadmap for business process automation and customer reporting solutions driven by AI, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics.
- Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer requirements into product features and user stories.
- Drive Agile product development and manage the product backlog in collaboration with technical teams.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML and Advanced Analytics to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Lead the development of customer-facing data products and applied advanced analytics.
- Present and support the commercialization of customer-facing data products to European business customers.
- Work closely with Data Engineering, BI, and Software Development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Establish feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve products.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and business value using relevant KPIs.
- Support data governance, data quality, and reporting standards across the product landscape.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across countries and functions to align product priorities and maximize business impact.
Your Profile
- 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital, technology, data, or software-driven environment.
- Experience working in Agile product development teams, Scrum and tools such as Jira.
- Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, or other AI and automation technologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving product initiatives across teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior business customers.
- Open mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to Germany and other European countries as required.
- Knowledge of logistics, eCommerce, parcel delivery, or cross-border operations is an advantage.
