Your Impact as Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner
🔹 Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with Consumer & Retail leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives, operational priorities, and growth plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce, organizational, and leadership matters.
- Translate business requirements into effective people strategies that drive organizational performance and productivity.
- Identify workforce-related risks and opportunities and recommend suitable interventions to support business continuity and growth.
🔹 Organization Effectiveness & Workforce Strategy
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure organizational capability aligns with current and future business requirements.
- Evaluate and optimize organizational structures, roles, and workforce deployment.
- Drive productivity improvement and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Support organizational redesign, business expansion, customer transitions, and strategic transformation programs.
🔹 Change Management & Transformation
- Lead the people agenda for business transformation initiatives.
- Assess organizational impacts of business changes and develop change management strategies.
- Facilitate adoption of new operating models, organizational structures, and ways of working.
- Build organizational readiness and support leaders through transformation journeys.
🔹 Employee Relations & Risk Management
- Provide strategic guidance on employee and industrial relations matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Partner with leaders to manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive employee relations environment that supports engagement and business performance.

- Coach and advise leaders on organizational effectiveness and leadership capability.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

- Ensure effective execution of HR initiatives, policies, and annual people processes.

- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner or HR leadership role.
- Experience supporting large-scale operations within logistics, supply chain, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation and workforce change initiatives.
- Strong experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams.
