The Senior Consultant serves as an internal advisor and thought partner to enterprise leaders, providing strategic analysis, structured problem solving, and consultative support to advance the firm's highest-priority transformation initiatives. The role operates across multiple workstreams and governance forums, helping leaders evaluate options, align stakeholders, manage enterprise dependencies, and drive execution against critical business outcomes.Working closely with Enterprise Strategy & Execution leaders, program leads, and functional stakeholders, this individual evaluates complex business challenges, develops strategic recommendations, synthesizes insights, and supports enterprise decision-making through fact-based analysis and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Consultant combines strategic thinking with execution focus, helping translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
