What the role entails!
Launch with Built-In Infrastructure: Collaborate with our team using our pre-built guidelines, handbooks, and clinical operations frameworks to get your practice up and running seamlessly.
Hassle-Free Billing & Payor Management: Partner directly with our insurance experts to handle billing, clear payor requirements, and meet submission deadlines—so you actually get paid on time without the administrative headaches.
Lead & Mentor Your Clinical Team: Provide impactful field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians, delivering real-time feedback and training to ensure top-tier ABA intervention delivery.
Deliver Meticulous, Evidence-Based Care: Conduct functional assessments, craft progress reports, and continuously adapt treatment plans grounded in the latest research findings.
Empower Families & Caregivers: Collaborate directly with families to design customized behavior support strategies and deliver hands-on intervention training to parents and staff alike.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
Valid BCBA Certification.
Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired.
Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
