Your role
We are looking for a motivated, curious and detail-oriented candidate to join our Human Resources team at our Pederobba plant.
As an HR Administration Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in personnel administration processes, supporting the HR team in daily activities and developing your knowledge of HR operations, payroll processes and labor regulations.
You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, collaborating with HR professionals and gaining valuable insights into the administrative management of employees.
Main responsibilities:
- Support daily HR administration activities, ensuring accurate management and updating of employee data and documentation.
- Assist in time and attendance management processes, including monitoring absences, leaves, holidays and overtime.
- Support the preparation and verification of payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal procedures.
- Assist in administrative activities related to social security, pension funds and employee benefits.
- Support the HR team in managing personnel documentation and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Help maintain and update HR data within company systems, including SAP HCM.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient daily HR administrative operations.
Main requirements:
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields.
- You have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM is considered a plus.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are proactive, eager to learn and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- You are fluent in Italian and have a good knowledge of English.
- You have 0–1 years of experience and are motivated to develop your career in Human Resources.
