The FCE IT Business Planner is responsible for owning, continually improving, and reviewing the ongoing suitability of the FCE IT Governance framework, ensuring that the different IT sites (UK, Spain, Germany) and Shared Services are harmonized and well coordinated in their principles & methodologies. It is also responsible for providing IT reporting for Execs consumption, as it the case for the IT Operations Flashcard and IT KRIs.
Reporting to the FCE IT Director’s Office Manager, this is a critical and highly visible role coordinating the activities of the pan-European Ford Credit IT team to drive execution rigor of Ford Credit tech transformation through governance, delivery process discipline, IT key metrics management, communication, and Special Projects Management.

You’ll strengthen IT governance, analyze performance and risk metrics, coordinate incident reporting, and support special projects -working closely with teams and stakeholders across Ford Credit and Ford Motor Company. We’re looking for a proactive, analytical communicator with experience in IT operations, incident and project management, and a strong interest in improving processes.
